Success in Parenting Children with DevelopmentalDisabilities: Attitudes and Adaptative coping skills

It's a qualitative investigation to analyse and describe the coping skills of the parents with children xith developmental disabilities. Summarizing, they found that the ones with positive adaptive behaviours had commonly a relatively high education level, little financial difficulties, were usually outgoing, confident and efficient in time management. Strong spousal relationship, open atitudes and high motivation to search social support and information about their childrens' needs.
